USE OF THE WEBSITE
When registering as a customer you must ensure that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Please contact us if any of your personal details change. You must not register using a false name or impersonate another person.
OUR RIGHTS
A.S.Handover Ltd. reserves the right to modify or withdraw (both temporarily or permanently) any amount of the website with or without prior warning.
If modifications are made without prior notification to our customers, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are aware of such changes, and by continuing to purchase affected goods you are expressing your acceptance of these changes. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions then you must immediately stop using the website and contact us.
SUITABILITY FOR USE
Whilst Handover’s take good care to maintain the highest of standards of quality in their products, it is however the customers responsibility to ensure that the goods purchased are suitable for their particular requirements and that the goods arrive in an acceptable condition. Many of our products are made from natural substances whose behaviour can vary in different environments. Their structure can also vary according to the process used in their assembly. Handover strives to maintain consistency and continuity in these matters and in no circumstances will entertain claims for the value of work alleged to have been adversely affected by use of any our products which prove to be unsatisfactory to the user. Our liability is therefore confined to the value of the goods alone.
PRIVACY
All personal information entered into our website when an order is made is treated in the strictest confidence, with certain exceptions as set out below. All your information will be retained on a secure server purely for use in relation to the processing of your order.
When you make an order on the A.S.Handover Ltd. website, we will ask you for your:

- Address (Billing and Delivery)
- Contact Telephone Number
- Email Address
- Card Payment details
- Any delivery instructions
Any personal information is held confidentially. We will only use your information for the following purposes:
- To process an order.
- To administer the website.
- With consent, to inform you of any products or special offers that may be of interest to you, via our email newsletter.
If you do not wish to receive our email newsletter, please ensure that you have informed us by making sure that the appropriate box is unchecked as you go through the check out stages. If you change your mind please let us know by sending a blank email with the subject header ‘REMOVE’ to info@handover.co.uk or click the ‘unsubscribe’ link in an email.
Please Note: your personal information may be disclosed to other businesses and to reputable third parties to help process your order (e.g. our suppliers). A.S.Handover Ltd. requires all such third parties to treat your personal information as we do, i.e. in the strictest confidence and to comply with all applicable UK Data Protection guidelines. Such third party organisations are strictly forbidden to disclose your information to others under any circumstances, and A.S.Handover Ltd. promise not to release your personal information to any external organisations for mailing or marketing purposes.
You should be aware that if we are requested by the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your personal information and/or user information, we are entitled to do so.

ORDER PROCESSING
To place an order, follow the steps at checkout and confirm your order using the button at the end of the process. A contract between you and A.S. Handover Ltd. is formed at the point your order is dispatched, unless we have notified you that your order has not been accepted or you have cancelled within 24 hours of placing it.
We may be unable to accept an order if:
- An item is out of stock
- We are unable to obtain payment authorisation
- A pricing or product description error has been identified
- You do not meet our eligibility criteria
All order correspondence will be conducted in English.
BACK ORDERS AND SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
If your item is not in stock, we will attempt to contact you. Your order may be delayed for up to 48hrs if we are expecting a delivery of the goods to our warehouse. Alternatively, if you wish, the out of stock item will be sent on at a later date, or you may choose an alternative item or it can be cancelled from your order.
Some items listed on our website are marked as ‘special order’ items and such products are not kept at our warehouse. If you choose to purchase one of these items there is likely to be a delay on your whole order until the special order item has arrived from our suppliers.
If you are looking for an item produced by a manufacturer that supplies other products that are for sale on our website, please get in touch as we may be able to special order the item in for you.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, and Solo. We do not accept American Express.
Payment is not taken until your order is ready for dispatch. If your order is split across two shipments due to stock availability, you will only be charged for the second shipment when it is sent. All transactions are charged in pounds sterling; your card provider will convert to your local currency at the applicable rate.
ORDERS BY POST
To pay by cheque, please send your order by post, made payable to A.S. Handover Ltd. Alternatively, phone or email your order through and we’ll provide an order reference number to write on the back of your cheque.

VAT
The current UK VAT rate is 20% and is included on all orders delivered to a UK address. For orders outside of the UK, please refer to our VAT Information page.
Reclaiming VAT: If you are taking goods out of the UK for use abroad and they leave the country within three months of purchase, you may be eligible to reclaim the VAT paid. Please ask us about this when placing your order. A £5.00 administration fee applies for the required paperwork.
RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to offer refunds or credit notes for items returned in saleable condition within 28 days of receipt, provided you have proof of purchase from A.S. Handover Ltd. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and goods must be securely packaged to ensure they arrive back to us undamaged.
Any shortfalls or order errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe a product is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt at info@handover.co.uk.

We offer discounts on large orders on a case-by-case basis. Colleges, art groups, and professional artists are welcome to get in touch to discuss this.

We take reasonable care to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices on the website are accurate at the time of publication. However, information may not always reflect the exact position at the time you place an order. Prices are confirmed at the point your order is accepted.
